Guess what?  Smith Mountain Marine has moved to its new location! Peyton and team have moved down to a new shop next to Parkway Marina (formerly Saunders Marina), right on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. The new shop still has the same phone number and is still on the Bedford County side of the lake, near the SML State Park. We are looking forward to seeing you (our wonderful customers) at our new location!  BTW –  Even though the new shop opened on April 1^st, this isn’t an April Fool’s joke!  Lol

As for our service department, we work on all sizes and types of boats.  Our factory trained technicians perform maintenance and repair on sterndrive, outboard and inboard engines along with their drive systems.   We also winterize (and summerize) hundreds of boats on the lake every year.  SMMS&S is an authorized Mercury Marine dealer, so we can provide quality Mercury & Mercruiser parts, along with other quality products, when we service your boat as well as being able to special order parts for customers.

We are located at 16889 Smith Mountain Lake Parkway, right next to Parkway Marina. Our building includes our offices, parts department, service shop and an independent canvas shop.

We are so glad to be part of the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake community for so many years. We are proud to be a dealer for Bayliner Boats, Berkshire pontoons, EZ Loader Adjustable Trailers, Kohler Marine Generators and Jasper Marine Engines.  We are also proud of our Mercury Marine Premier Service Center rating with both Mercury Outboards and MerCruiser products.  We have a large inventory of parts for you boat plus we can order special items.

Our staff works hard to perform safe, effective, quality repairs to keep your boat ready for your use and enjoyment!  We are open Monday thru Friday (Saturday by appointment) all year round from 9 am to 5 pm.  Come on down . . . and we hope to see you “cruising” on the lake this summer!
